Oranjezicht Renovation

We stripped an old 1926 home to it’s bones. We worked with a landscape design team to re-invent the flow of in- and out-doors. A 20m lap pool and day bed are surrounded by handcrafted curved garden beds with indigenous vegetation and a custom veggie garden. A thoughtful mix of external textures were chosen to create cohesion with the interior. Large windows and stack-away doors create an airy transparency and enhance the connection to the surrounding. A timeless palette of crisp white, grey stone, and natural wood is energised by striking furniture and lighting, custom designed rugs and bold colours.
